Organisation

Innoint is an invention contest organised each year for conscripts. It is a part of the Innofinland Project, the patron of which is the President of the Republic.

The first Innoint Invention Contest was held in 1999. The contest is organised by the Finnish Defence Forces, the National Board of Patents and Registration of Finland, the Foundation for Finnish Inventions, the Finnish Inventors' National Federation, the National Defence Initiative Foundation and Innofinland.

The Innoint Jury is in charge of the contest and decides on the prizewinners.
